Abstract: This paper aims to develop a novel medical device precision detection technology based on a highspeed dynamic photogrammetry system. By integrating high-frame-rate image processng, multi-camera threedimensional photogrammetry and automated inteligent measurement software, this research proposes a highprecision and high-effciency detection scheme for medical devices.This scheme can achieve a micrometerlevel repeatability positioning accuracy (±0.1mm) and a millisecond-level response time ( for medical devices,significantly enhancing the dynamic detection eficiency and production quality control capability of medical devices.
