Abstract: To extend the service life of the force-receiving end of the asphalt vibrating screen box,firstly, the researchers model the screen box and establish a sub-model for the spring support end. Based on this, static analysis is caried out and the researchers obtain the corresponding results.Secondly,the researchers construct aresponse surface approximation model through sensitivity analysis and the least squares method.Finally, the researchers optimize the sub-model using a multi-objective genetic algorithm.The study shows the mass of the optimized spring support end decreases by 8.6% , the maximum equivalent stress decreases by 42% ,and the maximum deformation decreasesby 41% .The results obtained from on-site experiments demonstrate that the maximum strain of the support end without material is 776.224με. ,and the finite element analysis result is 770.6με .The test results are in good agreement with the finite element results,indicating that the simulation method is reasonable. Moreover,the results of this study provide reference and technical support for improving the structural strength of the asphalt vibrating screen box.
