Abstract：ObjectiveTstudyteectofancedrecoeryftersurgery（ERAS）onostoperativepelefndfucionalabilaon patientswithumbadiseationLDH）.MethodsAotalof8OpatientsithDHowereschduledtonderggicalreaentiFo HospitalofTradionalChineseMedicinefromJanuarytoDecemberO23wereenroledinthesudyerandomumbertablemetodwasusedto conductagouoorlatttloitsdatoostoloedi nursingndteaoedAsiblaotineallale [Oswestrydyfuciexsioie（ODndooatilisepedtouesultlt good rateof rehabilitation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（ .The VAS and ODI scores of the two groups decreasedafterintervention，andtheVASandODIscoresoftheobservationgroupwerelowerthanthoseofthecontrolgroup .The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（ .Conclusion ERAS nursing can effetivelyeosoiovercooltdusfoi patients with LDH.
