Analysis of Serum Anti-Mullerian Hormone Level in Infertile Women in Zhejiang Area

Abstract：OeciTueellifertiloiZjge November2021toovember2，186omeithlicalagosisoffertlityngzouDAMedicalLboratorenteeeletd theresearcectst-laoeevelssuedylnesceosFnallOalifdl included after screening.They were divided into 6 groups according to age： ？ 2 5 years old，26-30 yearsold，31-35years old，36-40 yearsold，41- 45yearsold and ？ 4 6 yearsold.SPSS27.Ostatisticalsoftwarewasusedtoanalyzethedata，and Spearmancorelationwasused toanalyze the corelationewelaondesultsavelsflaooiusofiferile 4.92，4.46，3.43，2.04，1.07， 0 . 3 5 n g / m l ，respectively，and theinterquartilerangeswere3.56，3.63，3.17，2.36，1.41， 0 . 6 1 n g / m l ，respectively，the difference was statistically significant .Spearman correlation coeficient test showed that anti-Mullerian hormone was negatively correlated withage（ P<0 . 0 1 ）.ConclusionThelevelofanti-Mulerianhormoneininfertilewomenin Zhejiangareagraduallydecreases withageand isegativelyoeaediteetooftlaeaoidfefovaaigoensoafunctiodng the cause of infertility，but itcannot be usedasa clinical indicator for the diagnosisof infertility.
