Abstract：ObjectiveTexplorethefectofraditioalChinesemedicinefumigationandwashingonwoundhalingandpaindegreafterthe procedureforprolapsendmosPHiatintsithedmoodsoalofatintsithdmodded toYushanBoaiHospitalfromJanuary1toDecembr2erelecedsteesearhbectsAccodingtoteandomumberabletod theyweredivideditoudyoundotrolgoupitOpatientsichgouhileintotrolgoupatientseretreatedihouie basictreatentndieudouiereatedithditoaleedicinfumgatioeopeatiealin （VAScoreooliaull psicalpl were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the total healing rateof 7 3 . 3 3 % in the control group，the total healing rate of the study group was higher，reaching 9 6 . 6 7 % ？ （ P<0 . 0 5 ） .Compared with before treatment，the VAS score，VRS score and PPI score of the two groups decreasedferreaetndoareditotroloupteVSeoredoofthuyoupereloeet 0 P <0.05）.Cmpareditheforetreamentteoresofpranaldeineoopsereecreasdatanddasftereatnd compared withthecontrolgroup，thescoresofperianaledemain thestudygroupwerelowerat7and14daysaftertreatment .Compared with beforetreatmnttosfchesalitflfineosedatdadioot scores of each dimension of quality of life in the study group were higher after treatment .Compared with the control group，the incidence of complications in the study group was lower .Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment can improve the healing effect andqualityoflifeofpatientswithmixedemorodserPPH，iprovethedgreeofpainadperianaledeaandrducetheincidnceof postoperative complications.It is worthy of clinical application.
