Effect of Painless Delivery on Labor Course and Pregnancy Outcome of Full-term Parturients

Abstract：ObjectiveTexploretheectofpinlessdeliveryonelaborouseandpregacyoucoofullparturientsMeodso JauarO2tcofledsespialfcnrtCi research objects.They were divided into study group ）and control group （n=30）according to the random number table method.The control groupwasgivenaturalbirthndtdygoupsivenpleshbirtThelabrousefirstagefbocondafbo thirdstageoflbotallaoie）inaoalsatareatiateee comparedbetwnthogrouesultsompareditheoolgoupteeofthisagfabtcodsaf stage of laborand the total stage of labor in the study group were shorter（ .Compared with the control group，the proportion of severe pain， moderate pain and mild pain in the study group was lower，and the proportion of painless pain was higher（ .Compared with thecontrol group， theincidence of neonatal asphyxia，cesareansectionand postpartum hemorrhage in the studygroup was lower（ P<0 . 0 5 ） .Conclusion Painless delivery canshortenthelabooursefparurintsproveergancyuoeofrurintsndduceteofuruing pregnancy.It is worthy of clinical application.
