Abstract：ObjectiveTostudythefectofPCAcyclecombinedwithespiratorymusclefunctionexerciseonrespiratoryfunctionandnursing satisactioipatientswithchronicostructivepulmonarydisease（OPD）etodsFromJanuary21toMarch36OpatientswithCOPD admitedtotheGuanginDistrictBlodControlSationangraoCityererandomlydividedintoontrolgoupndbservationgoupih patientsineachoup.ThotrolopasivenespratoryusclefunctioexeisehileebsevatiogopsienDCAcclend withrespiratoreciesesglcsaocioialaiCautlaoee （MVV），peakaF）ste，'sialsasieo satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with 6 3 . 3 3 % of the excellent and good rate of nursing compliance in the control group，theexcellent andgood rate of nursing compliance in the observation group was higher，reaching 8 6 . 6 7 % （ .Compared with beforeinterveotVdFeoftoosceasdndtCndorseasedfeeee comparedwiththecontrolgroup，theVC，MVVandPEFoftheobservationgroupwerehigherandtheCATandSGRQscoreswerelowerafter intervention （ P<0 . 0 5 ） .Compared with 8 6 . 6 7 % of the control group，the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher，reaching 1 0 0 . 0 0 % （ P< 0.05）.ConlusionDCAccleombinedwithspratoryusclefunctioneeriseanimprovetheursingcomplinceofCOpatintsproe their respiratory function，reduce the symptoms of the disease，and have higher nursing satisfaction.
