[Abstract] Objective：To investigate the effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with Sertralineonadolescent patientswithdepression.Method：Atotalof 1OOadolescent patientswithdepression who admitted to thePediatricandAdolescent Health，Shangrao Third People'sHospital from November 2023 to November 2O24 were selected，and they were divided into the observation group （ n= ：50，repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with Sertraline treatment） and the control group （ n =50，Sertraline treatment） by the random number table method，both groups were treated continuously for 2 weeks.The psychological state，cognitive function，impulsive behavior，qualityof lifeand clinical efect were compared between two groups.Result：After treatment，the HAMD score in the observation group was （ 10.02±1.17 ） points，the HAMA score was （9.69 ± 1.21） points，which were lower than （15.79±1.28） and （14.81±1.35 ）pointsin the control group，the MoCA score in the observation group was（ 22.85±1.02 ）points，the mini mental state examination （MMSE） score was （22.24±2.22 ） points，which were higher than （ 18.77±1.15 ） and （19.17±1.28 ）points of the control group，the impulsive behavior score of the observation group was （ 15.25±2.14 ）points，whichwaslower than （20.54±3.51 ）points of the control group，the quality of life score of the observation group was （89.25±3.25 ）points，which was higher than （80.14±3.04） points of the control group，the differences were statistically significant （ P <0.05）;the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant （ P <0.05）.

Conclusion： Thecombination of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulationand Sertraline can efectively enhance psychological state，cognitivefunctionand impulsivebehaviorof adolescent patients withdepression，improve quality of life and clinical effects.
