Effectof Modified XiaoyaoLoubei Powder in the Treatmentof Hyperplasia of Mammary Gland and Its Influence on Patients'Negative Emotionand Sex Hormone Levels/WANG Ling， XING Wei.//Medical Innovation of China，2025，22（20）： 033-037

[Abstract]Objective： To explore the therapeutic effect of Modified Xiaoyao Loubei Powder on patients with hyperplasia of mammary gland and its influence on patients'negativeemotion and sex hormone levels.Method：The research subjects were 12O patients with hyperplasia of mammary gland admited to Gao'an People's Hospital from Januaryto July2O24.They were divided intoacontrol groupand a study group bythe random number table method， with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Xiaojin Capsules，and the study group was treated with Modified Xiaoyao Loubei Powder.The clinicaleficacy，VASscores，negative emotion scores，qualityof life scores and sex hormone levels [estradiol （E2） ，progesterone （P），prolactin （PRL）] before and after treatment， and adversereactions of the two groups were compared.Result： The total efectiverate of treatment inthe study group was significantlyhigher than that in thecontrol group （P<0.O5）. After the treatment，the VASscore of the study group was lower than that of the control group （P<0.05） . After the treatment，the scores of the SDS and the SAS in the study group were lower than those in the control group （ （P<0.05） .Afterthe treatment，Pin the study group was higher than that in the control group， and E2 and PRL were lower than those in the control group （P<0.05 ）.After the treatment， the scoresof each dimensionof theSF-36 in thestudy group were higher thanthose inthe control group （P<0.05）. During he treatment period， no serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion： The Modified Xiaoyao Loubei Powder in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary gland can relieve pain symptom of patients， improve negative emotion，regulate sex hormone levels，improve the quality of life.
