[Abstract]Objective： To explore the effect of Xingbei Zhike Granules on patients with stable phase of COPD.Method： A total of 90 patients with stable phase of COPD who were treated in ， from June 2O21 to June 2O24 were selecteddivided into two groups according to the rom numbertable method，with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine，while the observation group was treated with Xingbei Zhike Granules onthe basisof the control group.The therapeutic effects，serumacetylcholinesterase （AChE），hs-CRP，WBC levels，chronic obstructivepulmonarydisease assessment test （CAT） scores，lung function indicators，immune function indicators theoccurenceof adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Result： Compared with the control group，the total efective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher，the difference was statistically significant （ P <0.05）. Compared with the control group，the observation group had higher AChE level，lower hs-CRP，WBC CATscore after treatment， with statistically significant differences P<0.05） . Compared with the control group，the observation group had higher FEV1 ，FVC， FEV，/FVC after treatment，withstatisticallysignificantdifferences （P<0.05） .Comparedwiththe control group，the observation group had higher CD3+ CD4+ ， CD4+/CD8+ ， lower CD8+ after treatment，with statistically significantdifferences P<0.05 .There wasno statistically significantdifferenceinthe total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P>0.05） .Conclusion：Xingbei Zhike Granules have a definite effect in the treatmentof patients with stable phaseof COPD.Theycan significantlyreduce the levels of inflammatory factors in patients，aleviate theirdisease symptoms，promote the recoveryof lung function，regulate their immune function， have a relatively high safety.
