【Abstract】ObjectiveTo analyze the screening results and influencing factors of the early warning signs ofpsychological andbehavioraldevelopmentissuesinchildrenagedO-6yearsinCenxiCity，soastoprovideabasisforearlyintervention and health promotion. MethodsA cross-sectional study was conducted among children aged 0-6 yearswho underwent routine physical examinations inthe Departmentof Child Health Careof Cenxi MaternalandChild Health Hospital from October2022 toDecember2O24.During eachroutinevisit，trainedchild-health physiciansadministered the warning sign for children mentaland behavioral development（WSC-MBD）toevaluatethechildrenacrossfour dimensions：language，personal socialskils，fine motor，and grossmotordevelopment.The prevalenceof positive warning signs ateachchronologicalage point，thedistributionof positivesignsindiferentdimensions，andtheassociatedinfluencing factors wereanalyzed.Results A total of 4O49 children were enrolled in the screening，and the initial positive detection rate was 12.94% . Among infants，positive findings were mostcommon in the gros-motordomain，whereas language delaywas thepredominantconcern intodlersandpreschoolers.Theoverallpositiverateandspecificallytherateforlanguagedelay—wassignificantlyhigher in boys than in girls（ P<0.01 ）.High-risk neonates，left-behind children，and early exposure to electronic screens within thefirstyearoflife were identifiedasrisk factors forpositiveearly-warningsigns.ConclusionThepsychologicaland behavioral developmental issues among children aged 0-6 years in Cenxi City exhibit significant differences in positive distributionacrossdiferentages，genders，andpositivedistributionindiferentdimensions，andareinfluencedbymultiple factors.It isrecommendedtoaddressthese influencingfactors throughage-specificinterventions toenhanceearlychildhood development.
