【Abstract】ObjectiveTo investigate the active componentsand mechanism of Rhodiola rosea L.in the preventionand treatmentofAlzheimer'sdisease(AD)bynetworkpharmacology.MethodsThemainefectivecomponentsof Rhodiola roseaL.werecollectedbyCNKI,andthepotentialtargetsofRhodiolaroseaL.were predicted bySwistargetprediction. Therelated targetsof ADwere screenedby Genecards,OMIMand NCBI databases.The intersection of Rhodiolarosea L. and AD targets was obtainedby Venny2.1.O.Theproteininteraction network wasobtained byusing STRING database.A component-target-disease interaction network was constructed through Cytoscape3.7.2.Finally,gene ontology(GO)analysis and Kyoto encyclopedia of genesand genomes (KEGG)pathway enrichment analysis were performed via the DAVIDdatabase.ResultsFromRhodiolaroseaL.,28chemicalcomponents,846targetsand226AD-relatedtargetswereidentified, witha totalof119 intersecting targets betweenchemical componentsandAD.The protein interactionnetwork center mainly involved key targets such as GAPDH,TNF,AKT1,EGFR,STAT3,MMP9,and SRC,etc.The KEGG signaling pathway analysismainlyinvolved HIF-1 signaling pathway,cancer signaling pathway and PI3K-Akt signaling pathway.Conclusion Rhodiola rosea L. may play a role in treating AD by acting on multiple targets and multiple signal pathways.
阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer'sdisease,AD)是一种与老化相伴的神经系统退行性疾病,其特征是神经细胞的广泛损耗,进而严重损害个体的记忆与认知功能,严重时甚至影响患者的基本生活自理和生理功能直至死亡[1-2]。(剩余11749字)
