【Abstract】 Diabeticcardiomyopathy(DCM)isanon-ischemic,non-hypertensivemyocardial disorder induced bymetabolic disturbancesinpatientswitabeteselltus(D),nditsignficantlyaectsprogosisndmortalityAstecentraloranellfor celularnergymetabolism,mitochondrialdysfunctionrepresentsakeypathologicalmechanisminDCM.Mitophagy,asaritical componentofmitochondrialqualitycontrol,laysadualregulatoryroleinDCMprogresionbyselectivelyremovingdamagedordysfunctionalmitochondria.Tiseviewsystematicallsummarizesthemolecularmechanismsofmitophagy,includingubiquitin-dpedent pathways (PINK1/Parkin pathway),receptor-mediated pathways(FUNDC1,BNIP3/NIX,PHB2,etc.),and pathways mediated by TFEB/calcineurinItalsoexploresthiroesinDCM(suchastime-dependentchanges inutopagyinHFDmodels,potentialdetrimental ffectsofenhancedautopagyinTD)andsynthesizesresearchprogressonhowantidiabeticdrugs(empagliflozin,liraglutide,meformin,etc.)improveDCMthroughmitophagyregulation.Elucidating theregulatorymechanismsandtargetedintervention strategiesof mitophagymayprovidenoveltheoretical foundationsandtherapeuticdirections forDCMpreventionandtreatment.
