【Abstract】ObjectiveToevaluatetheclinical effectofautopericardialaorticvalvereconstructioninthetreatmentof aortic valvedisease.MethodsThedataof32 patientswhounderwentautopericardialaorticvalvereconstruction from September 2017 to April 2O21were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into AS（aortic stenosis）group andAI （aorticinsuficiency）group.Theeffctoftheoperationwasevaluatedbyultrasonographytoobservethetransvalvularpressuregradient，transvalvularflowvelocityandtheareaofaorticvalveregurgitation，aswellasleftventricularend-diastolic diameter.ResultsTheresultsof postoperative echocardiographyshowed that，24 monthsafteroperation，there were statisticallsignificant diferences inthetransvalvularpressure gradientandtransvalvularflowvelocityoftheaorticvalveattheAS group while comparing with those before operation （ P<0.01 ）.The difference of left ventricular end-diastolic diameter at 7 daysand6 months after operation was statistically significant P<0.01） ，anddifferenceof left ventricular end-diastolic diameterat 12 months after operation and before operation was statistically significant （ P <0.05）.However，the difference ofleft ventricular end-diastolic diameterat24 monthsafteroperationand beforeoperation wasnot statisticall significant（ P> 0.05）.IntheAI group，there was statisticallysignificant diference intheareaof aortic valveregurgitation at24 months after operation and before operation （ P<0.01 ）.Inaddition，the difference of left ventricular end-diastolic diameter of the AI group at 7 days，6 months and 12 months after operation was statistically significant（ P<0.01 ），and the difference of left ventricular end-diastolic diameter at 24 monthsafter operation wasnot statistically significant（ P>0. 05 ）.Conclusion Autopericardial aortic valvereconstructionhasagood hemodynamiceffectintheclinicalapplicationofaortic valvedisease，withpromising short-to mid-term outcomes.
