Abstract： Inresponse to the current status where no corresponding metrological verification regulations or metrological calibrationspecifications existfor theGeneral ColorRendering Index （CRI）of light sources，this paper developsasetof calibration devices for the General CRIof light sources，formulates acomprehensiveevaluation method for calibrating theGeneral CRIof light sources，clarifies therequirements for the selected standard equipmentand metrological technical characteristicsused incalibration，and performscalibrationontheGeneralCRIoflightsourcesaswellascalculates the calibrationresults.Thisverifestherationalityandfeasibilityofthecalibrationmethod，providingareferenceforensuringthe accuracy，scientificity，and traceability of the measurement results for the CRI of lightsources.
