Abstract：This paper conducts research on the chalenge of processing massive video data in the railway sector and proposes a video content understanding method basedon multi-feature algorithm fusion.The method consists offive key algorithm modules，including keyframeextractionandregionalfeature extraction.Thekeyframe extractionmoduleisbasedon K-meansclustering，whiletheregionalfeatureextractionmodulecombines theResetalgorithmwithOpticalFlowoptiization. Modules suchasregional atention adopt a method that integrates theencoder-decoder structure withthe atentionmechanism. Experiments showthatindicatorssuchasthe average fdelityof Videos1to10are favorable，andthe method can fuly convey thecontentof teoriginalvideos.Researchindicates thatthis methodcanimprove theeficiencyofvideoanalysis，helpmultiple departments intherailwaysectorsolvedata procesing dilemmas，and promotethetransformation，upgradingand highquality development ofrailway services.
