Abstract： In order to promote the construction of smart campusand improve management effciencyandservice quality， this paper integrates Digital Twinand Artificial Intellgence technology.Takinguniversitycampusas themainresearch object，this paperconstructsasmartcampusDigitalTwinmodel throughmulti-source heterogeneousdatacollection，model construction，andcontinuousoptimizationbasedonAIalgorithms.Furthermore，itdiscuses the integratedapplication in scenariossuch ascampus safety warning，educationand teaching inovation，and logisticsservice optimization.Theresearch results indicatethat theintegratedapplicationofDigitalTwinandAIinsmartcampussignificantlyimprovestheintelligence levelofcampus management，enhancesriskwarningapabilityandprovidesreferencable technicalpathsandpracticalideas for smart campus construction.
