Abstract： This paper introduces the communication mode， internal structure and instruction system of DS18B20 temperaturesensor，anduses the tmingnodeanalysis methodtodeeplyanalyze theinitialization timing，witingdatainstruction timing andreading datainstructiontimingof thesensor，thusrevealing the working principleofDS18B20.Basedontheresults oftimingnodeanalysis，atemperaturedatareadingprogramisdevelopedandloadedintothesingle-chipmicrocomputerhipin Proteus forsimulationoperation.TheexperimentalresultsshowthattheLCDi6O2screensucesfullydisplays theemperature dataconsistentwiththeDS18B20setingvalue，hichverifesthefeasibilityandrationalityofthe timingnodeanalysismethod， and lays a foundation for further research on other types of sensors.
