Abstract: This paper introduces the communication mode, internal structure and instruction system of DS18B20 temperaturesensor,anduses the tmingnodeanalysis methodtodeeplyanalyze theinitialization timing,witingdatainstruction timing andreading datainstructiontimingof thesensor,thusrevealing the working principleofDS18B20.Basedontheresults oftimingnodeanalysis,atemperaturedatareadingprogramisdevelopedandloadedintothesingle-chipmicrocomputerhipin Proteus forsimulationoperation.TheexperimentalresultsshowthattheLCDi6O2screensucesfullydisplays theemperature dataconsistentwiththeDS18B20setingvalue,hichverifesthefeasibilityandrationalityofthe timingnodeanalysismethod, and lays a foundation for further research on other types of sensors.
