Design of Intelligent Logistics Car Based on STC32

Abstract: In the special geographical and climatic environment of the plateau area,traditional logistics transportation faces outstanding problemssuchasloweficiency,high laborcostandpoor environmentaladaptabilty.Inorder topromote theintelligenttransformationofplateaulogistics,amulti-fnctionalintelligentlogsticscar basedontheSTC32single-chip microcomputerissigned.Tecarsstemintegrateseletromagneticvigationisualecognition,ultrasonicdetectiond othertechnologies,using STC32G12K128asthecorecontrolchip.Through thecombinationof mechanical deviceand stepper motor,the automatic loadingandunloading of goods isrealized.The electromagnetic moduleandcamera moduleare used to complete the autonomous tracking,equipped with large-capacitylithium bateryand wirelesscharging function.The PID algorithmisusedtooptimizethepath tracking,andthegeneticalgorithmisusedtoimprovetheglobal trackingeffciency.The systemcanmeasuretheheightofgoodsinrealtimeandclasifythemintocabinets.Basedontheabovedesign,anintellgent logisticscarthatmeets thedemandisotained.Aftertestingandanalysis,itisconcludedthatthcarcaneffectivelyimprovethe eficiency of logistics and transportation in the plateau area,reduce manpower dependence and reduce operating costs.
