Abstract： Aimingatthe problems of laging，one-sidedness and lack of personalization in the process of project-based learning evaluation，this paper designsand developsaninteligent evaluation management system suitable forprimaryand secondaryschols basedonDeepSeek large-scale language model.Thesystem fullyconsiders the diferences between urban andruralareas，adopts Flask framework and Bootstrap front-end technology，andcombines SQLitedatabase torealize the universal appication oflow hardware conditions.Throughavarietyof evaluation tools suchasquantitative evaluation tables， voting mechanisms，ests，andA-aistedtextdescriptions，thesytemsupports teacherevaluation，studentmutuaevaation， andself-evaluation，andcomprehensivelycovers theassessmentofmulti-dimensionalcapabiliessuchasknowledgemastery collaborativecapabilities，andinnovativethinking.ThroughtheintegrationofDeepSeek，thegenerationof instantfeedback andpersonalizedsuggestions isrealized，sothatteacherscan tracktheprogressoftheprojectinrealtimeandintervenein studentearmingefectofstudentsatimelymannerItsolves the problemofPBLevaluationand helps to promote the processof educational informatization and realize individualized teaching.
