Abstract：With therapid developmentof digital technologiesand the increasing diversificationofreader demands，the limitatios oftraditionallibrary managementsystems interms ofresource managementefciency，user experienceoptimization， andservice modelshavebecomeincreasinglyapparent.Tobuildanintellgent，personalized，andconvenientbook management ecosystem，alibrarymanagementsystembasedonSpring Boot+ Vueisdesigned.Itadoptsafront-endandback-endseparation architecture，andintegratesfunctional modulessuchasookresourceretrieval，onlineborrowing，anduserdatastatistical analysis toachievedynamic displayoflibrarycolectionresourcesand preciseservicedelivery.Moreover，thesystemleverages microservicearchitecture of Spring Bootand responsive designofVue，and supports multi-terminal adaptationand highconcurrency access，providing readers with aseamlessborowing experienceand promoting the transformationand upgrading of library services toward intelligent and personalized directions.
