Research on the Emergency Activation Strategy for Expressway Emergency Lanes

Abstract： This paper investigates the emergency activation strategy for expressway emergency lanes by procesing real-time monitoring data atobservation points，starting from the analysisoftraffcfow data，andconsidering keyparameters suchas traffcfow，vehiclespeedand density.Initially，high-precisionvideodatais extracted using the YOLOv10algorithm andSobeledgeenhancementtechnologyThepaperthenpredictstraffcfow，vehiclespeed，anddensitybycombiningthree models： the Decision Tree，Autoregressve Integrated Moving Average （ARIMA），and Polynomial Curve Fiting（PCF），to establishatrafficcongestionearly-warningmodel.Subsequently，anemergencylaneactivationplanisdesignedbasedona trafic stateclasificationsystem.This formsasystematicsolution，fromdataprocessingtodecision-making，imingtoprovidea comprehensive scientific basis for trafficmanagement.
