Research on the Emergency Activation Strategy for Expressway Emergency Lanes

Abstract: This paper investigates the emergency activation strategy for expressway emergency lanes by procesing real-time monitoring data atobservation points,starting from the analysisoftraffcfow data,andconsidering keyparameters suchas traffcfow,vehiclespeedand density.Initially,high-precisionvideodatais extracted using the YOLOv10algorithm andSobeledgeenhancementtechnologyThepaperthenpredictstraffcfow,vehiclespeed,anddensitybycombiningthree models: the Decision Tree,Autoregressve Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA),and Polynomial Curve Fiting(PCF),to establishatrafficcongestionearly-warningmodel.Subsequently,anemergencylaneactivationplanisdesignedbasedona trafic stateclasificationsystem.This formsasystematicsolution,fromdataprocessingtodecision-making,imingtoprovidea comprehensive scientific basis for trafficmanagement.
