Abstract： With thecontinuous advancement of information technology，the enterprise digital operation and management platform has becomeacrucial tool for enhancing enterprise competitiveness，optimizing resourcealocation，assisting in decision-making，and improvingoperational eficiency.The platform integratesthedata fromtheOfficeAutomation （OA） systemandEnterpriseResourcePlanning （ERP）system，conductsdata goverance throughBigData technology，andrealies the integration，cleaning，analysis，ndminingofdatasupportingeterprses inmakingefcientdecisionsandimplementigried management.Ipracticalaplications，varioustypesofdataintheenterpriseproductionandoperatioarepresentedintheform ofvisualreports，whichfacilitatesmanagers'quickrespondtothemarketnhancestheoperationalefciencyandreducesthe operation costs of the enterprise.
