Abstract: Aiming at the problem of frequency measurement accuracy of smallpulse width signal in low Signal-toNoise Ratio environment,this paper proposes the FFT high-precision frequency measurement method based on time domain interpolationandcobsenalgorit.roughsiulatioaalysis,teetsofdifeentintepotionmethods,eetial to-NoiseRatio,anddifferentFFTpointsonfrequencymeasurementaccuracyarestudied.Theresultsshow thatcomparedwith thetraditionalJacobsenalgorithm,thismethodfurtherimproves thefrequencymeasurementaccuracyandexhibitsstrongantinoiseperformance.Inaddition,the methodisverifedontheXilinxPGAplatform,whichproves itsengineringfeasibilityand accuracy.Duetothesmallamountofcalculation,the methodiseasytorealizereal-time procesingandhasa good prospectof engineringapplication.Theresearchresults provideanefectivesolution for thefrequency measurementofsmallpulse width signals in digital receivers.
