Abstract：Thedigitaltransformationofthelogisticsidustryasgivenrisetothedemandfornewtypesoftechnologysuchasteligent equipment operationand maintenanceandcross-bordersuplychaindesign，which has formed astructuralcontradiction withthlaging supplyofeducationininstitutio.asednthdiagnsisofinustrycapacitygapthis paerconstuctsademaddveninustrducatio integrationmechanismthedmandtasmitmechanismtriggrscuriculumiterationbydynamicallymonitoringthetrendoftechology iteration;thecapacitytransformationmechanismresapestheteachngsystem withmodularcuricula;thevaluesymbiosis mechanism constructsauniversityenterprisecommunityofinterestbasedoneducationalcapacitydepositsandIPcoownershipmodels.Atthe implementationlevel，itprootesthvolutiooftacngseaostcosrctionfngathsndtpingfaai paradigm.asedtsdel，isptedtooacewaltiiodustraladdide systematisolutiontosolethedilmma that "itisdiultforenterprisestrecruitaditisdifultforstudents tofindjobs".
