AStudy of the Impact ofLogistics Service Quality on Consumer Purchase Decisions

Abstract:This study explores the mechanism of logistics service quality onconsumer purchase decisions based on the extended SERVQUALmodelandthetheoryofplanedbehavior.Byconstructingasix-factorlogisticsqualtyframeworkcontainingthetechical dimension,theconsumer purchase decision is deconstructed intoafour-stage chainreaction ofsearch,order placement,premium payment and repurchase.Stratified sampling method is used tocolect e-commerceconsumer questionnairedata.Structural equation modelingis appliedtoverifytheconductionefectoflogisticsqualtyondecision-makingthroughthedualmediatingpathoftrustand perceivedvalue,andtoaalyethemoderatingroleofproducttypeandconsumercharacteristics.Itisfundthatthetechicaldsion serves asasignificant impetusinfreshfoodandluxuryconsumptionscenarios,logistsesponsivenespositivelyafectsrepuchase intention through the mediation oftrust,and reliability promotes premium payment behavior through perceived value.
