Abstract: With therapid development ofsmartlogistics,the dep integrationof 5Gcommunicationtechnologyand the IoT technologyhasbecomethecoredrivingforceforthedigitaltransformationoftheindustry.Thispaperfocusesonthecolaborative aplicationof5Gandtchologiesinsmartlgisticssystematicallalygtheirtechicalcharacteristisandpractialalue scenariossuchasintellgnt arehousing,tansportationmonitoring,andlastiledliveryItealskeyallngesieo of technologicalvergec,cuingtchicalterogeneityostpresures,aageentoordiatioandsecuritysro an interdisciplinary perspective,it proposessystematicresponse strategies thatcover the edgecomputing optimization,esource sharingmodel,tadardizationsstemonstruction,ndzerotrustsecuritymodel,iingtouildaartlgisticsosysetatis technically compatible, economically viable,and well-managed.
