Abstract： With therapid development ofsmartlogistics，the dep integrationof 5Gcommunicationtechnologyand the IoT technologyhasbecomethecoredrivingforceforthedigitaltransformationoftheindustry.Thispaperfocusesonthecolaborative aplicationof5Gandtchologiesinsmartlgisticssystematicallalygtheirtechicalcharacteristisandpractialalue scenariossuchasintellgnt arehousing，tansportationmonitoring，andlastiledliveryItealskeyallngesieo of technologicalvergec，cuingtchicalterogeneityostpresures，aageentoordiatioandsecuritysro an interdisciplinary perspective，it proposessystematicresponse strategies thatcover the edgecomputing optimization，esource sharingmodel，tadardizationsstemonstruction，ndzerotrustsecuritymodel，iingtouildaartlgisticsosysetatis technically compatible， economically viable，and well-managed.
