Abstract: Underthe dualcarbon goals (carbon peakingandcarbon neutrality),port-shippinglogistics,asa highcarbon-itensive industry,urgentlyneedstoboptimizedforsustainabledevelopment.Digitalinteligenceempowerment (digitalandintellience technologies)injectsnewmomentumintoportsippnglogistisanceseficiencyandreducescarbonfootprintswiththehelpof technologiessuchasdigitaltwin,AI,andbigdata.Tispaperdevelopsaoptimization modelofportshippinglogisticsusingdigital twintechnologyand machinelarningalgorithm,aimingtoachieveoptimaldecarbonizationthroughtheintegrationofmixed-integer programming(MP)anddeeplearnngforecasting.BasedontherepresentativeChineseportsandICCstandards,themodelisidated using simulated data and real port scenarios,which reduces carbon emissons by 15% .Further more,it analyzes the robustnessof the model under demand fluctuationand policyscenarios and providesreference forthelow-carbon transition ofglobal port-shippinglogistics.
