Abstract：This paperfocuses ontheresilienceof theindustrial Chainandsuplychain inAnyang Cityusing theEntropy Weight TOPSIS methodforacomprehensiveevaluation.Thestudyreveals that Anyang，asatypical representativeof thetransition from atraditinalindustrialcitytoamodernindustrialsystem，hasdemonstratedenhancedresilienceinitsidustrial Chanandsupply chainyearbyyearwithsigificant progressinindustrialreform，andtheoleof technologyinvestmentinbolsteringindustraland suplychainresilenceispartiarlypronunced.Howeve，teitystilacshallengssuchsinsuntteologialoati conversion，loweducatioalinvestmentndinadequatefinancialserices.Tispperistoexplorestrategiestocethe resilienceandsafetyleveloftheindustrialChainandsuplychaininAnyang Cityprovidingreferenceforlocalandgoverental decision-making and for industry coordinated development in surrounding areas.
