Research on the Decision-Making for the Introduction ofAGV in Manufacturing Enterprises

Abstract:Inthecontextofintellgentmanufacturingautomatedguidedvehicle (AGV)havedemonstratedconsiderableadvantages inenhancingproductionflexibilityandreducingependenceonmanuallaborndbecomeanesentialelementintheealzationof logistics automationwithin manufacturing enterprises.Due tothe widevarietyofAGVsandthediversityofaplication enviroments, howscientificallymakechoicesbasedonthespecificneedsoftheenterprisehasbecomeasignificantchalengeduringthealication of AGVs.Accordngtofurtypicaltypesofmanufacturingenterprises,thispaperanalyzes tefactorsinfluencingAGVselection,such as economicviabilitytechnicalperformace,compatibiltyndetyadreliabilitytoevelopnAGVseletiondecisioaing modelusingAHP.ThemodelisdesignedwiththegoalofselectingtheoptimalAGVsolution,setingfourprimarycriteriaand refiningtheminto13sub-criteria toformalogicalytructuredfour-level hierarchy. Meanwhile,acasestudyofarealmanufacturing enterpriseisonducted,retheexpertsingmetodisusedtouatitativelysigneghtstoteactorsatachevelteby testingthefeasibilityandplicablityofthmodelaimingatprovidingaquantifiableecisinaingsupportpathotese intelligent logistics upgrades.
