Research on the Impact of Pinglu Canal Construction on the Logistics Network Reconstruction in the NewInternationalLand-Sea TradeCorridor

Abstract： Based on the development of the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor，this papersystematicall analyzes the impactofPingluCanalconstructiononthelogisticsnetworkreconstructionintheCoridorfromthreedimensions：portsystems， transportationcosts，andnetworklayout.TheresearchindicatesthatPinglu Canalconstructioncansignificantlyreconstructthe logistics network paternoftheNew InternationalLand-Sea Trade Corridor，enhancethepivotal hubstatusofQinzhou Port， optimize transportation costs and efficiency，andachieve functional reconstructionof the inland portsystems.Based on this mechanism，asakeyprojectconnectingtheXijiangRiverandtheQinjiangRiver，PingluCanalwillrealizethetrasformationand upgradingfrom"river-seacombinedtransport"to"canal-seacombinedtransport"，andprovideimportantsupportforthewestern region's deep integration into domestic and international dual circulation.
