Abstract：Underthebackgroundof"dualcarbon"goals，thedevelopmentofcoldchainlogisticsofagriculturalproductsinHaianFree TradePortisfacingunprecedentedopportunitiesandchallengs，ndasanimportantproductionareaoftropicalspecialtygiculural products，thequalityofHinan'scoldchainlgistissstem directlyafects themarketcompetitivenessandsustaiabledeveloentof agriculturalprdctsowetnttfrstrctufldilsticsiinisotectdmbt coldstorageandmoderndisrbutioncentersisinsuficient，resultinginlowtransportationeficiencyandigheergyconsption. Promoting theapplicationofgreentechnologyptiizingthelayoutoflowcabonifrastructure，mprovingthepolicysupportsyste， andnhancingteleveloftalentrainingarethkeypathstoachievethehighqualitydevelopmentofcoldchainlogisics.Drawingon advancedexpereeateadbaddlngergiclsntellgttmpratueroltems，igatat andothermeans，HainanFreeTradePortcanachievethecoordinationandunificationofeconomicandecologicalbenefitswhile developing green cold chain logistics， and provide strong support for the realization of "dual carbon" goals.
