Abstract: Basedonthe SERQUAL model,this paperdesigns thequestionnaire andinvestigates the expresservicequalityof three towns(XiaolouTown,ZhengguoTownandPaitanTown)inthenorthofZengchengDistrict,Guangzhou.Troughtheinvestigation,it is foundthattereisabiggapetwnteonvenieceesponsivenesandtagibilityustomerexpetationndactualeeivdvale ofruralexpreservicequalityinthethe northerntowns ofZengchengDistrict,Guangzou.Invieofteabvementionedgap,this paper puts forward theimprovementpathofrural expresservice qualityinthreetownsinte northof Zengcheng District,Guangzhou fromtheperspectiveofdierentsujects.irstlythegovermentshouldactivelypromoteteconstructiooflogisticsifrastructure providescieideasepptdultepofealatsiaprsdydlyterpud improvethequalityoftheirmploys,sareesoures,promote wiwincoperatioexpandbusiesstypes,rovideriousices, and establish a customer feedback platform to organize customer feedback information.
