Abstract： Asa necessry part inthe modernsmart pharmaceutical suply chain，thelogistic management ofexpired drugs requires attention.GreathumanandmaterialresourceshavebeeninvestedintheforwardlogisticsofpharmaceuticaldistributioninChina， yetthere is insuficientemphasis onthereverselogisticstransportationof expired drugs.Although pharmaceuticalcompanies and government departments have initiatedrecycling programs，the lack oflong-termincentive mechanisms，safeguard measures，nd effectivelgisticsmanagementmetodsmakesitdiculttosustainthntusiasmofallstakehoderseadingtolowtrsptatio eficiencyandpooreconomyByanalingthecurrentstatusandcharacteristcsofthelogisticstransportationofhouseoldexpied medicines，this paperproposes measures for conductingthelogistics transportationof expired drugs fromtheperspectiveofsmart logistics，cluingcolboatingitrdartylgistststablshaprofessoalecygsysm;ilngblockhaintology tobuildaninfoatioplatfortoimproeringeccy;developingspeialdthidartyparmacticalgisticstote requirementsoftheneweditionofGoodSuplyPractie （GSP）;andivestinginpharmaceuticalcoldchaintransportationfacilitiesto providediversifidservicesandexpandprofitmodelsforpharmaceticaldistrbutionenterprises.Thoughsmartpharmaceuticallogistics technology，corporateparticipation，gvermentadvoacyandstakeholdercolaboration，therecyclingandvaluereshapingofpid medicines can be achieved， promoting the green and sustainable development of pharmaceutical logistics.
