Abstract：Inthis paper，athree-level diferentialgame modelconsistingofsuppliers，third-partycoldchainlogistics （PCCL） forwardingagntsadretailersisonstructed，andtheoleofockchantechnologinaceleratigthigitaltasformatioffrsh producesupplychainunderthedynamic perspectiveisexplored.Byconstructingacooperativegame model，theoptimaldecisionsof supplychain members underdiferentaliance models are analyzedandcomparedwiththetraditional model.Theresultsshowthat theintroductionof blockchain technologycansignificantly increaseconsumer demand for greenandfresh products，whichinturn incentivizes suppliersand 3PCCLtoincrease theirivestmentingren productionand preservationtechnologies.Inadition，the threepartyallancestrategycaneffectivelyslowdownthedecayrateoffreshproduce，improvethegreenessofthe products，and enhance the operational efficiency of the supply chain system， thereby increasing system revenue.
