碳交易政策下分批生产与配送联合调度

Abstract:Thejointoptimizationofoperationprocessinganddistributioninserviceoriented manufacturingisanimportantarea of supplychain intellgent decision-making.Focusing onthejointschedulingofoperationprocessnganddistributionforresource constrained service providers under carbontrading policies,this paper constructs a single-machinebatch procesing environment to solveajointschedulingproblemofinternalprocessngandbatchdistributionbasedonthecoperationofselfowndandthirdparty vehiclesfor distribution. Considering equipment capacitytransportation capacityconstraints,and carbon trading policies,a mixed-integer programming model isestablishedwiththeobjectiveofminimizingtotaloperationcostsbyintroducingapalel batchprocesingmechanismandadirectshipmentbasedbatchdistributionstrategy.Themathematicalmodelofarealcasefroman automotive electroplatingserviceenterprise issolvedusing the CPLEXJava API,obtaininganexactoptimalsolutionin76.52sods. Additionally, under the cooperative logistics distribution mode, when self-owned vehicles preferentially choose V4 , the total operation cost is relatively low.
