Abstract：Thispaperfocusesontheconstructionofanevaluationindexsystemforthedigitalandinteligentdevelopmentofte cross-border e-commerce industry，conducting an in-depthanalysis from six dimensions：digitalinfrastructure construction， inovativeapplicationofdigitaltechnologies，digital talentsupportcapabilities，efectivenessofdigitaltransformationmarket expansion， guarantee of digital and intelligent policy environment，and development of cross-border e- commerce transactions. Each dimension covers multiple specific indicators.Methods such as expert scoring and consistency testing，analytic hierarchy proce （AHP），and pipaompontalis（C）esdtoeteethedex weihtsdressngisssoftdimsid corelation.Tisstecanientificallyevauatetelevelofdigitalandintellgntdevelopmentofteidusyrovidgasis for identifying problems，formulating policies，and making corporate decisions，and helping the cross-border e- commerce industry achieve high-quality development in the wave of digital and intelligent transformation.
