Abstract：Withtheincreasinglyfiercecompetitionintheglobalmanufacturingsector，howtoimprovetheoverallperformanceof thesupplychainhasbecomethefocusofenterprisesandacademia.Asanon-parametricevaluationmethod，dataenvelopmentaalysis （DEA）canmeasure theeficiencyofthedecisionunit.DEAcanevaluate theperformanceofthesystemwithmulti-inputandmulti outputcharacteristics withoutpresetfnctions，soithasgaduallybcomeanimportanttolinthefieldofmanufacturingsuplyhain performance evaluation. Based on the DEA theory，this paper discuses the performance evaluationof manufacturing suplychain. Andacordingtovariousinfluencingfactors，itbuildsthesupplychaineficiencyevaluationmodel.Firstlyadetailedrevieofthe researchstatusofsuplyhainperformanceevaluationathomeandabroadisprovided，themorepopularevaluationmethodsatpresent are introduced.Secondly，basedon previous researchresults，a manufacturing suplychain performance evaluation index systemfor HEnterpriseandtheDEA modelareconstructed.Andtherelevant dataofHEnterpriseinthe pasttwo years arecollcted，calculated and analyzed. The results have certain academic value and practical significance.
