智慧物流背景下基于岗课赛证融通的高职现代物流管理课程体系构建

摘  要：为了满足智慧物流背景下企业对高职现代物流管理专业人才的新需求，分析了现代物流管理专业课程体系现状，将智慧物流工作岗位、技能竞赛、物流职业技能证书等要求融入课程体系，探索了基于“岗课赛证”融通机制下课程体系构建方式，从而更好地培养智慧物流行业发展所需的物流人才。

Abstract： In order to meet the new demand of enterprises for modern logistics management professionals in vocational colleges under the background of smart logistics， this paper analyzes the current situation of the modern logistics management curriculum system， integrates requirements such as smart logistics job positions， skill competitions， and logistics vocational skill certificates into the curriculum system， and explores the construction method of the curriculum system based on the integration mechanism of "job course competition certificate"， in order to better cultivate the logistics talents needed for the development of the smart logistics industry.

十三五期间，我国现代物流行业发展势头迅猛，成效明显，社会物流总额持续增长，社会物流成本逐年下降。（剩余4028字）
