新时期弹药公路运输安全影响因素分析及对策

摘  要：针对新形势下弹药公路运输安全面临的要求，总结出任务繁重、安全挑战、要求严格等方面的特点，在此基础上分析了人员、车辆装备器材、外部环境方面的影响因素，最后提出了完善制度标准、加强组织领导、组织人员教育、提高装备质量水平等方面的对策措施。

Abstract： In response to the requirements for the safety of ammunition road transportation under the new situation， this paper firstly summarizes the characteristics of heavy tasks， safety challenges， and strict requirements. Then， it analyzes the influencing factors of personnel， vehicle equipment and equipment， and external environment. Finally， it proposes some countermeasures from improving system standards， strengthening organizational leadership， organizing personnel education， and improving equipment quality level.
