Abstract：Asarapidlydevelopingemergingeconomicform，thedigitaleconomyhasbecomeakeyforceinreorganizingeconomic factors，reshapigidustrialuctursndaningcompeitiedantages.Tispaersdiedheiealhasdalati pathofhigh-qualitydevelopmentofruraltourismindustryunderthebackgroundof digitaleconomy.Basedonthepaneldataof provincialadministrativeunitsfrom2O12to2O23，theprincipalcomponentanalysisandtheentropymethodwasusedtomeasurethe levelofdigitaleconomydevelopmenandthehighqualitydevelopmentofuraltouram.Theimpactofdigitaleconomyonthehighquality developmentofuralouamasmpiicallalyzdditioall，eolsoftchologicaliovatinaduralumanapialwere analyzedasmdiatorsinthisproces.Theobjectivewastoprovidepolicyrecommendationsforpromotingthehighqualitydevelopment ofruraltourism.Teresultsshowedthatthedigitaleconomyhadasignfcantpositivedrivingefectonthehigh-qualitydevelopment ofruraltourism，mainlythroughpromotingthetechnologicaliovationandhancingthelevelofruralhumancapitalandtersult werestillvalidtrdogenosndobustnststsschsistumentalvrableetodFinallyccdingtoeseachoclu sions，the policy recommendations were put forward.
