Analysis of the Dietary Habits of Apodemus agrarius in Spring,Summer,and Autumn on the Lava Plateau of Jingpo Lake

Abstract:InodertostudythdietaryhabitsandseasonaldiferencesofApodemusgrariustolarifyitspotentialdestructiveeffects onvegetation,duringthesring(SH),ummer (XH),andutumn(QH)seasonsfrom223 to24,Apodemusagrariswereptred usingsnap-trapmethodandthecompositionof gastriccontentsplantswasanalyzedusingDNAmetabarcoding technology.Theresults showedthat2pyla,2ases,9ders,milies,4genera,and17speciesweredetectedinhegastricontentsplants.at families,genera,species across the three season:Asteraceae (spring) (49.9%) ,Poaceae (30.6%)/Leucanthemella (48.87 % ),Eriochloa (26.93 % )/Leucanthemellalinearis(36.19 % ),Eriochloa villosa(20.95%),Poaceae (52.5 % ),Polygonaceae (24.8 % ),Eriochloa (32.26 % ) Persicaria (24.85 % )/Eriochloavillosa(32.26 % ),Persicaria maculosa (24.85% ),Asteraceae (autumn) (57.62 % ),Rosaceae (21.24 % ) Leucanthemella (50.80 % ),Agrimonia (20.83%)/Leucanthemella linearis(50.80 % ),A grimonia pilosa (20.83 % ).Alpha diversity showed thattheXHgrouphadhigherdiversitythanteQHgoup,buttherewasnosignificantseasonaldferencesindietaryhabits(P>0.05); BetadiversityshowedthattheSHgrouppartiallyoverlappedwiththeXHandQHgroups,whiletherewasasignificantdifferencebetwntheXHandQHgroups(P
