Abstract:InordertoexploretheefectsofdiferentdryingprocessesonthequalityofLonicerajaponicabysetingvariousdrying conditions,thissudyusedtheSijiuacultivarofLnicerajaponicasthetestmaterial,seventreatmentsweresetup.Byrgulating thetemperatureandtieinanelectrotheralconstanttemperatureforced-draftdryingoven,afivestagevariable-temperaturedrying processwasonstructedtodetectchangesindryweght,appearancequalityndfectivecomponentcontentsofLnicerajaponic soatoivestigatetepactofdierentdngproconisqualityeultsshodtatdientdngproceessiintly affected the quality of L .japonica.Treatment 5 showed thebest performance,with a dry weight of 8.97g,significantly higher than thatofCK(8.22g).Teapparacewaspredonantlygreenwitocasioalyellreefaturingchoaadexellnttetre. The luteoloside content reached 0.153% (a10.87% increase compared to CK), the chlorogenic acid content was 3.297% (a 16.10% (204号 increase compared to CK),the contents of isochlorogenic acid A and C were 0.980% and 0.155% ,respectively,and the total phenolic acid content increased by 12.34% compared to CK.The comprehensive weighted score indicated that the quality of treatment 5 was superior to other treatments and the control.In conclusion,low-temperature fixation at combined with stage-type variable-temperature drying can significantly improve the quality of L japonica, providing an optimized solution for on-site processing.
