The Impact of Integrated River Basin Management on Agricultural Green Development：Case Studies of Chibi City and Gong'an County in Hubei Province

Abstract：Integratedriverbasinmanagement，asanimportantapproachtocordinatecologicalprotectionandagiculturaldevelop ment，isanintrinsicdrivingforceforpromotinggenagriculturaldevelopment.Basedontheanalysisofthemechanismbywhichintegratedriverbasinmanagementafectedgreenagrculturaldevelopment，thearticletooktheYngloudonggangRiverBasininCibi City，ahillareaofHubeiProvince，andtheChonghuRiverBasininGong'anCountyaplainlkearea，astypicalcasestudiesto systematicallanalyzethepracticalpathwaysandgovernanceefectivenesofintegratedriverasinmanagementunderdiferentgeo graphicalandtopograpicalcharacteritics.Teresultssowedthatthecaseregions，inombinatiowitheirowateradsoilresourcecharacteristics，hadcloselyintegatedriverbasinmanagementwiththeimprovementoftheologicalenvironmentofwatend soilresourcs，nddeedigiantsultollglualntsoueltiomprvingsoueiltio eficiencyandeleasingtevalueofologicalsoucesInonclusio，easegiosavecodinatedthitegatedaageent ofriverbasinstroughlcaldaptationandlasifdpolcyiplementatioinspatialfunctiontegation，improementofee frastructure，constructionofagriculturalsocialservicesystemndintegatedevelopmentofologicalindustrieshpracticsd experiencesofthecaseregionsalsohaveimportantreferencevalueandsignificanceforthegreenagriculturaldevelopmentofother river basin regions.
