Abstract:UsingJruajing8O2stexperienalateral,tisstudyivestigatstefctsofdieentnrogenapcatiote onthepopulationgrowthandyieldofrice.Theexperimentadoptedarandomizedblock design,withsixnitrogenfertilizerlevelsofO, 150,195,240,285,and 330kg⋅hm-2 ,which were denoted as CK,N1,N2,N3,N4,and N5 respectively,AD value,leaf area index headingrate,yieldanditscomponents.Theresultsshowedthat:(1)Nitrogenapplicationratehadasignificantipactontheyieldf Jiruanjing18O2.Yieldincreasedfirstandthendecreasedwiththeincreaseofnitrogenapplicationrate,andreacheditsmaximumyield at N3,with a 19.66% increase compared to CK.Grains per panicle also increased first and then decreased,and peaked at N3.The productivepanicleumbershowedacontinuousincreasingtrend;Theproductiveilerpercentage,seedsetingate,andgain weightshowedacontinuousdecreasingtrendTehighestyieldatN3wasprimarilyatributedtotheincreaseingrainsperanicle;(2) Increasing nitrogenfertilizerapplicationwasbenefcialforincreasingthepopulationtilernumber,othtemaximumandfinalstemtilernumbersereighestatN5;(3)Theaplicationofnitrogenfertlizersignificantlyincreaseddrymateraccumulationinthe abovegroundpartsofice.Attematuritystage,allnitrogenaplicationtreatmentsweresignificantlyhgherthanCK,ndshoweda trendofincreasinfistadtendcreasing,with3eingteighest;(4)Teaplicatioofnitrogenfertilierhadasigicantt onincreasingtheleafSPADvalueandleafareaindex.The SPADvalueshowedacontinuousincreasing trendwiththeincreaseof nitrogenaplicationrate,withdiferencesamongtreatmentsreachedahighlysignificantlevel.Leafareaindexexhibitedacontinuous increasingtrndwithsingnirogenaplicatonrates.Atbththejtingandheadingtages,allrogenapplicationtreamtsere significantlyhghethanCK,uringthematuritystage,ignificantdiferecespersistedspecificallyetweentreatments3,N4,N5 and CK.In summary,the optimal nitrogen application rate for Jiruanjing 1802 is 240kg⋅hm-2
