Abstract：InordertoselecthighqualityricevarietiessuitableforcultivationintheGuyangregion，thisstudyconductedafieldcomparisontrialwith16icevarieties，usingYixiangyou2115asthecontrol.Theresultsshowedthatall16testvarietisandthecotrol grewnormallythroughout thentiregrowthperiodwithoutlodgingandexhibitedgoodresistancetodiseasesandpests.Yieldcomparisonanalysisrevealedthattherewasnosignificantdiferenceinyieldbetwee12varieties—icludingChuanzhongyou36o，Yioua heSimiao，andSuyou975andthecontrolvarietyYxiangyou15.Allofthesevarietiesyieldedhigherthantheotherfourrietis： Zhengdao1，SexiangyouFensi，HaoxiangyouJinxingSimiao，ndEyouHuabaozan.Thetastingevaluationresultsindicatedthat14 varieties，indingYeangouLisiexinguZzanndangoueidghstesostaeotrolty Yixiangyou25.Basedonomprehensiveevuationofyieldesistance，andtaste，totalof1vrietis，cludingChuazoyou 3607，YiyouaoheSimia，andShuyou975，arerecommendedfordemonstrationandpromotioninGuangandotherregionsithsimilar ecological conditions due to their high yield， strong resistance，and excellent taste.
