Analysis of Diffrences inDehydrationand Color Change Characteristics of Tobacco Leavesat Different Maturity Levels during Flue-Curing

Abstract：Toexplorethdehydationandcolorchangelawsofuppertobaccoleavesatdiferentmaturitylevelsduringfuecuringthee treatments were set according to the harvesting maturity，samples were taken at key temperature points during flue curing，and the moisturecontentofthesamplesandthechanges inindicatorscharacterizingcolorchangesweredetectedandanalyzedTheresults showedthatwiththeincreaseofmaturity，thebakeabilityincreased.Thesuitablematuretobaccoleaveshadthebestbakingtolerance. Before 42 C during flue-curing，the dehydrationrateofover-maturetobacco leaves wasthefastest，andtherapid dehydration stage of under-mature tobacco leaves was after 48Y . The chlorophyll content and SPAD value decreased rapidly before 42 C ，among whichtheunder-maturetobaccoleaveshadthefastestdecreaserate.Theactivityofpolyphenoloxidaseincreasedwiththeincreaseof maturity，theactivitypeakofpolyphenoloxidaseinover-maturetobaccoleavesappearedthearliest，andtheactivitypeakofunder mature tobaccoleaves wasthe highest.Thechemicalcomponents of suitable mature tobaccoleavesafterflue-curing were morecoordinatedInonlusioaturitysignifcantlyectsthelawsofmostureandolorangesduringfluurigoftbacoleasdig nificantlyafectsthequalityfterfluecuring.Inproduction，thefluecuringprocessshouldbeadjustedaccordingtothedierces inmaturity.
