Analysis of Diffrences inDehydrationand Color Change Characteristics of Tobacco Leavesat Different Maturity Levels during Flue-Curing

Abstract:Toexplorethdehydationandcolorchangelawsofuppertobaccoleavesatdiferentmaturitylevelsduringfuecuringthee treatments were set according to the harvesting maturity,samples were taken at key temperature points during flue curing,and the moisturecontentofthesamplesandthechanges inindicatorscharacterizingcolorchangesweredetectedandanalyzedTheresults showedthatwiththeincreaseofmaturity,thebakeabilityincreased.Thesuitablematuretobaccoleaveshadthebestbakingtolerance. Before 42 C during flue-curing,the dehydrationrateofover-maturetobacco leaves wasthefastest,andtherapid dehydration stage of under-mature tobacco leaves was after 48Y . The chlorophyll content and SPAD value decreased rapidly before 42 C ,among whichtheunder-maturetobaccoleaveshadthefastestdecreaserate.Theactivityofpolyphenoloxidaseincreasedwiththeincreaseof maturity,theactivitypeakofpolyphenoloxidaseinover-maturetobaccoleavesappearedthearliest,andtheactivitypeakofunder mature tobaccoleaves wasthe highest.Thechemicalcomponents of suitable mature tobaccoleavesafterflue-curing were morecoordinatedInonlusioaturitysignifcantlyectsthelawsofmostureandolorangesduringfluurigoftbacoleasdig nificantlyafectsthequalityfterfluecuring.Inproduction,thefluecuringprocessshouldbeadjustedaccordingtothedierces inmaturity.
