Research on the Construction of Evaluation Index System for Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of“ The Dual High Plan”

Abstract：Based on the policy orientation of“The Dual High Plan”，this paper adopts the inductive analysis method，Delphi method and analytic hierarchy processto constructan evaluation index system for higher vocational colleges，which includes 6 first-level indicators，19 second-level indicators and 57 third-level indicators， namelyideological and political guidance，school-running conditions，industry-education integration，science and education integration，social services and brand influence.Based onthe analysis results，three reform suggestionsare put forward for higher vocational colleges under the perspective of“The Dual High Plan”，namely，adhering to theorientation of aligning with industrialdemands，optimizing resourcealocation and strengthening value guidance.
