Digital Technology Enabling High -Quality Development of Pre - primary Education: Value Implications, Dilemmas and Practical Advances

Abstract:The development of preschool education empowered bydigital technology isanew trend in the transformationof education patterns inthe digitalage,andanewtrack for the modernisation ofChinese-style education.In this process,digital technology plays a leadingand supporting role,which is conducive to promoting the fairness of preschool education,reshaping the ecology of preschool education,and helping preschool education returnto its true value.However,preschool education iscurrently facing various practical difficulties,such as uneven digital development of preschool education,insuficient endogenous motivation among educational subjects,and over-reliance on digital technology affcting the physicaland mental health of young children.Inorderto effectivelycope withthese challenges and promote the in-depth applicationand integration of digital technology in the field of pre-schol education,practical approaches have been put forward at diffrent levels:top-level design : adhering to the public welfare and universal benefits,improving the system guarantee based on equity,and coordinating the planning for casting the foundation and empowerment;collaborative nurturing: striving for people's satisfaction,constructing the‘Four-in-One’nurturing model,and making clear the rights and responsibilities of the main bodies of home and family,government and society;grasping the key to the development of digital preschol education.The key is to promote all-round development,grasp thecore characteristics of young children, and apply digital resources in a timely and appropriate manner.
