Based on the Sentiment of Hometown, this Paper Explores the Influencing Factors and Improvement Paths of Rural Teachers’ Outflow in the Countryside

Abstract:Education is the foundation for a nation’s long -term development;teachersare the cornerstone of education;andthe essence of teachers lies in their sentiment.The local sentiment of rural teachers,which refers to theirloveand concern for their hometown or native land,servesas the internal driving forceandspiritual support for the continuous progress of rural education.The loss of rural teachers’local sentiment is deeply influenced by personal needs (both material and spiritual),educational systems (including school environments and personal development prospects),and the urban-rural gap and cultural shock.To reshape rural teachers’local sentiment, thegovernment should broaden cultural inheritance channels and formulaterelevant policies;societyshould strengthen social recognition and create a warm-hearted atmosphere;rural schools should eliminate the dual -oppositionthinking and enhance the cultural heritage of rural education;and individual teachers should enhance cultural awarenessand strengthen cultural confidence.Only by cultivating rural teachers’local sentimentcan we promote the revitalization of rural education and the prosperity and development of local culture
